Dedicated leaders with a long-term focus

Stability is a great source of strength for QuadWinkowski, particularly in our leadership ranks where the majority of our senior management team members are long-time employees. All are deeply committed to executing the vision set forth at our founding and shared between Harry Quadracci and Tadeusz Winkowski.

Tom Frankowski, President
30 years in Quad/Graphics, starting in Quad/Graphics’ Prepress (now Quad/Graphics Imaging Services) department. In 1984, Tom was named into management when he co-founded Quad/Graphics’ Saratoga Springs, N.Y, plant. He became Director of Imaging Operations in July 1993, and was named Vice President of Imaging Operations in December 1993 and Senior Vice President of Manufacturing at Quad/Graphics in January 2004. Tom assumed his role as President of QuadWinkowski in 2008.

Tim Ohnmacht, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
During his 14 years in the company Tim has fulfilled different roles including managing all sales business development activities and sales personnel at Quad/Graphics' Sales offices in Chicago and New York City, as well as serving as National Sales Director for Parcel Direct, a parcel expediting company Quad/Graphics founded in 1998 and sold to FedEx in 2004. He served as Quad/Graphics' Vice President of Midwest Sales for six years before joining QuadWinkowski.

Dariusz Tomczak, Vice President of Sales
He started working at Typographic Work in 1994 as Director of Production responsible for production, sales, clients service and purchasing. Since the Winkowski company beginning in Warsaw (1998), he assumed his post as Vice President of Sales. At the beginning he was overseeing a large variety of issues: sales, marketing, estimating, paper and production materials purchasing, production planning and customer service.

Marek Gruszecki, Vice President of Finance
For the past 19 years, Marek has worked in the financial sectors of large European and global corporations. He gained his initial experience at RR Donnelley, moving on to the Interpublic Group of Companies and Ernst & Young. In addition, he has also participated in strategic projects for companies such as Ruch or Poczta Polska. Prior to joining QuadWinkowski in 2010, he served as Financial Director at Volvo Financial Services. In his first year, he managed the Polish market and after subsequent promotion, was given further responsibility for the remaining markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
At QuadWinkowski he will serve as Vice President of Finance and will be responsible for developing financial strategy and creation of world-class Financial & Accounting Department.

Barbara Bornikowska, Vice President of Accounting
Barbara joined RSW – Prasa-Książka-Ruch (Press-Book-Motion Publisher) in 1982 as a cost specialist. Three years later she become Vice Manager of Financial and Accounting and in 1989 – Vice Chief Accountant and then in 1990 – Chief Accountant. In Typographic Work, that was established in place of Press-Book-Motion Publisher she was still working as Chief Accountant. In 1995 she was appointed as Economic Manager. Then, when Typographic Work merged with Superkolor creating the Winkowski company, she was named Vice President of Accounting and currently holds this position at QuadWinkowski.

Andrzej Płatek, Vice President of Facilities and Government Affairs
He started his cooperation with Winkowski in 2004 as Board Advisor for Investment. While holding this position, he was responsible for Wyszkow investment and is known as the father of the distribution-logistics center in Wyszkow. In 2007 he was appointed Vice President of Production. Since 2008 he has served as Vice president of Facilities.

Jakub Dyląg, Vice President of Operations
He started his printing experience in a newspaper company in Cracow called Polish-American Printing Association as a Chief Engineer. He was responsible for the maintenance department and building and press installation projects. He joined Winkowski (at that time Superkolor) in 1997. He started in the Radzymin Plant as a production manager. In 2006 he moved to Wyszkow and was involved in the plant start-up. He became Plant Director in January 2008 and in July 2009 he was named Vice President of Operations at QuadWinkowski.

Tomasz Kędziora, Vice President, Plant Director for Pila
He joined the company in 1998, the year it was founded. He was starting his career from Finishing Department in Pila where he assumed many different roles, from assistant to Director of the Finishing Department in 2003. The next step in his career was appointment for Training Director in 2007 where he was responsible for training new employees based on Quad/Graphics methodology. He has been Plant Director in Pila since January 2008.

Andrzej Marszał, European General Counsel
Before joining QuadWinkowski in 2010, Andrzej has for the last 17 years, gained important experience at international companies operating within Poland; this has included valuable exposure working for a U.S based law firm and insurance company.
Andrzej has also worked for United Entertainment Corp, where he was responsible for operational management. For the last 8 years, prior to joining QuadWinkowski, he served as Director of Sales and Development at Iron Mountain. Initially, he was responsible for the Polish market, moving rapidly on to managing the remainder of Eastern Europe and Scandinavia.
At QuadWinkowski he will serve as Vice President and European General Counsel, responsible for legal issues and corporate policy.

Tomasz Hoppe, Vice President, Plant Director for Wyszków
Tomasz has been working with QuadWinkowski since 2001 and began his career with the company, working in the Finishing Department at the Radzymin plant. For most of his first year, he spent time working in production, specializing in saddle stitch and Ferag operation and as a foreman. He rapidly moved on to the position of department Manager and since 2005 he has been responsible for the operational planning and organization of the Finishing Department in Wyszków, and subsequently rising to a more senior management role.
Since 2009, Tomasz has been the Wyszków Plant Director. Apart from the duties as a senior manager, he is also responsible for process optimizing and standardization.
