Our Strategy

Customer relations
Our customer service structure is based on key persons within QuadWinkowski who have the experience to act as your adviser and the authority to act on your behalf. They include:

The Salesperson makes contact with new customers, prepares printing offers, prepares contracts, maintains constant contact with the customer, provides current information on technological innovations, and orders and controls materials necessary for production.

The Sales Service Representative enhances the support we provide to our customers by being available to answer questions about pricing, scheduling and other requests.

The Customer Service Representative has responsibility for the overall production process from the supply of materials to the printing house to the product’s dispatch. This includes preparation of time schedules, control of materials before the start of printing, informing customers about production progress, supervision over the smooth production flow at each stage, providing customer sample copies, and ongoing contact with customers.
