Corporate Training Program
Polish university graduates looking to further their education can train at QuadWinkowski through our Corporate Training Program. This intensive training program enables select individuals to spend one to three years learning our business from the ground up. Rotations at Quad/Winkowski plants in Piła and Wyszków through manufacturing and administrative departments afford trainees hands-on experience. Specially chosen trainees are offered rotations at Quad/Graphics plants in the U.S. At the conclusion of rotations, corporate trainees return to Poland to use their experience in developing a printing career.

Our program is built on a very successful program developed by Quad/Graphics in the U.S. Alumni proudly serve Quad/Graphics in Account Management, Customer Service, Estimating, Marketing, Operations, Scheduling and Sales. Trainee alumni are now managers, plant managers, and regional, senior and corporate vice presidents. Even our CEO is a former trainee!
The Corporate Training Program is a one to three year long program designed for young graduates who have finished their studies and are beginning their career at QuadWinkowski. It is a leadership development program with “Total Access - No Limits,” providing total access to everything from state-of-the-art technology to top-level executives, and no limit to where Trainees can go and what they may achieve. The Corporate Training Program is a reflection of QuadWinkowski’s innovative corporate culture, where each employee is encouraged to grow via on-the-job experience, classroom education, and through relationships with employees company-wide.
Trainees are exposed to many different aspects of the printing business. They complete rotations in manufacturing and administrative departments, spending at least a couple of months in each. They can creattheir own projects and choose the type of tasks they want to specialize in. Trainees graduate from the program when they find a department in which they have long-term interest, and that department invites the trainee to join their team.
The Corporate Training Program is designed to turn talented graduates into managers.
But to be a business leader, first you must be a printer! That is why trainees start their journey in manufacturing (prepress, press, postpress). Later they need to complete administrative rotations. Trainees work in Customer Service, Scheduling, Estimating and Sales.
These are only several of the roles into which they may graduate. Rotations are in Piła as well as in Wyszków.

Application and recruitment process
We are looking for young innovative and passionate people regardless of background.
Personal qualities, skills and competencies are most important. You will need to prove that you have them, rather than providing certificates for any specific qualifications or experience.
As a candidate, you must be a graduate with bachelor’s or master’s degree and have very good English skills. Application is also possible if the candidate will graduate within six months. You have to be able to relocate to plant locations (Piła or Wyszków) for at least six months.
